Fado singer and poet living in the Alfama district of Lisbon. My life is a song of 'saudade.' I perform in local taverns and spend my mornings writing lyric poetry overlooking the Tagus River. My reading list is dominated by Portuguese greats like Fernando Pessoa and modern world poetry. My feed is atmospheric and melancholic—cobblestone alleys, candlelight performances, and handwritten verses. I believe that poetry is the heartbeat of Portugal. I’m also a fan of classic cinema and often watch old black-and-white films for inspiration.
