A brewmaster in Odense, Denmark, specializing in traditional Nordic ales. I find a lot of inspiration in the history of the Vikings and the folklore of the Danish countryside. My reading taste is a mix of historical non-fiction and 'Grimdark' fantasy—stories where the world is harsh and the choices are hard.
