The Wall Street Journal reported that OpenAI and two companies that had each other's back during the AI boom are now drifting apart. The report said that the companies' CEOs, Sam Altman and Satya Nadella, are in constant disagreement with each other. But amidst the report, a picture of the two of them has gone viral, one that Altman shared, which features a Ghibli-style portrait of the tech leaders.

What did Altman post?

“Fun showing @satyanadella our new office and talking about some of our latest progress!” says Open AI CEO. The image uploaded was in Ghibli-style, a trend that has gone rampant on social media lately.

Releasing a post, Satya Nadella replied, "Great to see you today, @sama. Love the new office!"

Fan's Reaction

Social media didn't fall short when it came to an AI-generated photo. People shared loud comments on the same- some likened the tech heads to demigods while others showed strong apprehension and then came funny little ones.

A person commented, "It seems Satya is probing opportunities these days. First Meta (Llamacon) and now @ OpenAI offices."

"Impressive! Collaboration with tech giants like @satyanadella can unlock innovative blockchain solutions. Excited to see how your latest developments can enhance scalability and security in the crypto space," another user commented.

One user made a funny comment, "One of them has stolen all of the other one’s shares! And yet both seem happy! I am talking about hair!"

Observers point out that Altman and Nadella are forging ahead to develop their respective companies as distinct leaders in AI. Reportedly, the CEO hired an employee from one of ChatGPT's rival actors to support Microsoft in developing models that could lessen its dependency on OpenAI.
