Upon completion, trainees are required to pass internal evaluations to continue their tenure with the company. Each fresher is given three opportunities to clear these assessments. Those who do not succeed are subject to termination, a policy explicitly stated in their employment contracts.

On February 7, 2025, the affected trainees were informed of their termination and were instructed to vacate the campus premises by 6 PM the same day. This directive was strictly enforced, leaving many trainees in distress.

Reports have emerged of trainees pleading for more time to arrange accommodations, with their requests being denied. One trainee recounted a female colleague tearfully begging to stay the night, only to be told to leave by the stipulated time.
