Hello, my readers! Just when you thought that I was done giving my opinions about Cannes. Guess what? I am back with another article.

We have already seen the celebs' looks on and off the red carpet but the Indian influencers also made a significant impact, showcasing a blend of creativity, cultural pride, and avant-garde fashion at Cannes 2025.

Nancy Tyagi

Delhi-based fashion influencer and designer Nancy Tyagi once again proved that no one can beat you if you possess talent. Insanely talented Nancy made her Cannes comeback and this time wore her self-stitched mint green gown, complete with a dramatic shoulder piece with tulle train, and handcrafted roses.

For her second appearance, she walked the carpet in a nude-coloured embellished dress, paired with an exaggerated cape with dramatic sleeves.

We are still not over her pink voluminous gown that she wore last year. Honestly, she tried to deliver this time as well but she couldn't. Nancy, we fans are rooting for Cannes 2026 lookbook!

Shalini Passi

I mean, Shalini Passi are you for real?

It's her debut at Cannes 2025, and she delivered not only one but six stunning looks, featuring gowns by Fouad Sarkis, Roberto Cavalli, Dolce & Gabbana, and accessories from Judith Leiber and RK Jewellers. She did it all! This art patron and philanthropist is a true fashion icon. Take a bow queen!

Masoom Minawala

A Cannes veteran, Masoom Minawala showcased two different looks at the Cannes Film Festival this year. This time around, she wore a custom strapless gown by designer Arpita Mehta (left) that was a tribute to the craft of her regions Gujarat and Rajasthan.

For her second look, Minawala donned a beautiful jumpsuit, fully embroidered, paired with a dramatic cape. Handcrafted over 600 hours, the ivory silk ensemble by Reik Studio was her way to celebrate the Indian Label to the world.

She looked ethereal!!

Sakshi Sindwani

Body positivity advocate and fashion influencer Sakshi Sindwani graced the Cannes red carpet and how! One minute, she is floating in powder blue Gauri & Nainika fluff by the French Riviera, the next moment she is channeling her inner divinity in Abu Jani Sandeep Khoshla. She posed in a white, over-draped saree for a beach photoshoot. Fashion and drama peaked in Sakshi's couture!

Aastha Gill

Singer and performer Aastha Gill made her Cannes debut in a radiant gold off-shoulder gown, expressing her joy by writing:

Dreams really do come true

Though her dreams came true but we fashion enthusiasts wanted more. I mean Aastha you could have done much better!

Sejal Kumar

Content creator and singer Sejal Kumar dazzled at Cannes 2025 in a royal blue saree by Papa Don’t Preach, blending traditional elegance with modern style. Her braided hair and bold accessories completed the look, marking her stunning debut on the global fashion stage. This outfit is utterly confusing and somehow Sejal is not doing justice to her outfit. I mean, Sejal it was our debut, it made it a disaster than memorable for fashion enthusiasts.

Anushka Sen

Anushka Sen literally grew up in spotlight. From child star to style icon, the actress made waves at Cannes 2025. Made it to the festival with Brut, Sen wore a custom Duchess Kumari outfit, featuring Indian embroidery and modern silhouettes. I wish the embroidery work was a little less, the outfit would have looked even more better and classier.

Sarah Sarosh

Too many sarees never hurt nobody!

Beauty girlies, we all know Sarah Sarosh. A Brut attendee, Sarosh stunned us with multiple looks, including this corset saree by Kalki fashion and a beautiful Midushi Bajoria creation. But we are tired of seeing sarees on red carpet by now!

Parul Gulati

The ultimate queen of marketing who leaves no stone unturned when it comes to promoting her brand! Our favourite "Malkin" Parul Gulati, stunned at Cannes 2025 in two striking looks: a custom braided human hair gown and a resin-dipped Benarasi tissue saree. Designed by Mohit Rai and Riddhi Bansal, she blended tradition with innovation, making a bold fashion and personal brand statement on the red carpet. This is high time she should start a marketing course on promoting brands, so we can enroll and learn the ultimate marketing technique.

Simran Balar Jain

Simran Balar Jain made a bold Cannes 2025 debut in a custom black satin gown by Stature by Kavya, featuring a striking gold metal corset called "The Cage Breaker." Styled by Neha Khubchandani and Parthvi Thakkar, her look symbolized women’s empowerment and strength with elegance.

She said:

Walking the red carpet at Cannes felt like stepping into a dream I never thought I was allowed to have. But there I was not just representing myself, but every woman who’s ever been told to dim her light. This wasn’t just a debut. It was a moment of reclaiming space, owning my story, and reminding the world that women who rise, lift others with them.

Nitibha Kaul

If you've been on the internet long enough, you'll remember Nitibha Kaul from her Bigg Boss days but she’s come a long way since then. Now a lifestyle creator and influencer, Nitibha made her Cannes debut in 2025, and honestly? She understood the assignment.

Walking the carpet in a custom Nicol Sposa, she wowed everyone in a mint green gown that was too hot to handle. For another one of the looks, the creator was captured in a mini dress by Abhishek Sharma.

Cannes 2025 highlighted the growing influence of Indian content creators in international arenas. As the lines between cinema, fashion, and digital media continue to blur, the role of influencers in shaping global narratives becomes increasingly significant, marking a new chapter in the story of Cannes.

Looking forward to Cannes 2026. For now, adieu!
