Manhunt Ends! Suspect Arrested in Deadly Delaware Hospital Shooting

A manhunt spanning two states concluded swiftly with the arrest of a 23-year-old man in Philadelphia, suspected in a fatal shooting at Wilmington Hospital in Delaware.
