Bank of India posted a solid fourth quarter, with PAT rising 15% year-on-year to ₹3,016 crore. For the full year 2025-26, the bank reported PAT of ₹10,527 crore, up 14% from the previous year. The board approved a dividend of ₹4.65 per share, signaling confidence in earnings momentum and returning capital to shareholders.
Global deposits rose 13.56% year-on-year to ₹9.27 lakh crore, while global advances grew 15.82% to ₹7.71 lakh crore. Overseas advances climbed 14.25% to ₹1.17 lakh crore, underscoring the bank’s broadening reach and funding strength amid a volatile macro environment.
Retail advances surged 21.19% year-on-year, MSME advances rose 17.68%, Agriculture loans grew 17.60%, and Corporate advances increased 12.08% YoY. RAM advances shared rose to 58.74%, reflecting a favorable mix shift toward Retail, Agriculture, and MSME segments as lenders navigate credit dynamics.
Asset quality shows a modest deterioration in some metrics, with the gross NPA ratio at 1.98%, up 129 basis points YoY. The net NPA ratio stood at 0.56%, up 26 basis points YoY. Despite higher NPAs on a YoY basis, the bank maintains a cautious risk posture while leveraging growth in core segments.
