The Princess of Wales marked Princess Charlotte’s 11th birthday with a fresh portrait and a short video shared from Cornwall during the family’s Easter break. The portrait shows Charlotte smiling in a sunny field, wearing a black and red striped jumper with blue jeans, photographed by Matt Porteous. A second, accompanying montage captures a playful mood as Charlotte bowls a cricket ball, pats the family dogs Orla and Otto, and sketches a message in the sand with white shells. Kensington Palace added: 'Thank you for the lovely birthday messages for Princess Charlotte, 11 today!'
