Authorities say explosives, weapons, and a handwritten note were recovered from rented rooms near Al-Falah Hospital. Even the university’s labs are being examined for possible misuse in making bombs. Police recovered about 40 exhibits from the blast site, including vehicle parts and soil samples. The casualty count has fluctuated in official updates, with initial reports of nine dead and multiple injuries, later reports citing higher totals as more bodies are identified and more injuries are tallied.
Turkey links and Telegram groups are now a focus for investigators as they map online networks that may have aided the operation. The security blanket over Delhi remains tight in the wake of the blast, and international travel advisories and heightened vigilance have been issued by several nations.
