India has launched a blistering attack on Pakistan at the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC), labeling its neighbor a "Frankenstein State" that nurtures terrorism. During her address, First Secretary at the Permanent Mission to the United Nations, Anupama Singh, unequivocally stated that Jammu and Kashmir "was, is, and will always remain" an integral part of India. She accused Pakistan of employing propaganda to mask its own domestic failures and its continued support for terrorism.
