Kelly Osbourne’s Emotional Admission About Ozzy Doc!

On the glittering NTA red carpet, Kelly Osbourne made a poignant admission about the BBC documentary focusing on her late father, the legendary Ozzy Osbourne. Despite its nomination in the authored documentary category, Kelly revealed she has yet to watch "Sharon & Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home."

Ozzy, known to millions as the 'Prince of Darkness,' passed away aged 76 in July last year, and the BBC project features him posthumously. The documentary intimately chronicles the final three years of his life, capturing his and Sharon's preparations to return home after a quarter-century living in Los Angeles, all while gearing up for his poignant 'Back To The Beginning' farewell concert.

Speaking candidly, Kelly explained her difficulty in viewing the film. “Not yet,” she stated, before expressing immense gratitude for the unwavering support of her father's fans.

Without the people who have supported my family and specifically my father and his career, I wouldn’t be standing here. They are everything to us.

She continued, emphasizing the Osbourne family's transparency:

You know, we are who we are and where we are because of them, and that’s why we’ve always been so open about sharing the good, the bad, the ugly with everyone.

Kelly also extended heartfelt thanks to the BBC for their respectful portrayal. “The fact that BBC gave us the honour and dignity and grace to show my father’s final journey, they gave us so much patience and kindness, and allowed my mum to fulfil my dad’s final wishes.”

Describing the documentary, she added, “You know, it’s tragic, but it’s also really interesting.” The powerful film is shortlisted alongside other compelling documentaries like 'Jesy Nelson: Life After Little Mix' and 'Caroline Flack: Search For The Truth.' While on the red carpet, when asked about the documentary potentially winning an award, Kelly shared her emotional anticipation, hinting at the struggle she might face if she had to deliver an acceptance speech.
