A serious security incident unfolded in Ranchi today as unidentified individuals hurled petrol bombs at the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) office. The daring attack, captured on CCTV cameras, showed two men carrying out the act before immediately fleeing the scene, raising concerns about safety and political tensions.
The incident occurred at the RSS Kutchery Road office in Ranchi. According to reports, the assailants threw petrol bombs, which caused minor damage but thankfully no serious injuries. Visuals from the surveillance footage have surfaced, showing the two men approaching the building and then launching the incendiary devices before making a swift escape.
Law enforcement authorities have promptly initiated an investigation into the matter. Ranchi Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Rakesh Ranjan confirmed that parts of two glass bottles, believed to be used in the attack, were recovered from the spot. A team from the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) has been called in to analyze the contents of these bottles and gather crucial evidence to identify the perpetrators and their motives.
