However, a separate statement attributed to Penguin Random House indicates that they are "not Publisher Of 'Belonging' In India." The memoir is slated to hit stands on November 10, suggesting that despite the various statements, the book is indeed moving forward to publication, possibly through a different publishing arrangement in India.
