Shocking Records Reveal DHS Spied on Anti-ICE Protesters & Left-Wing Groups!

Newly released documents have shed light on an extensive surveillance operation by the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which reportedly spied on prominent left-wing organizations and protesters who opposed the Trump administration’s immigration policies. This covert activity, dubbed "Operation Puppet Master," aimed to identify a "network of conspirators" organizing against US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

The revelations come from nearly 30 internal law enforcement reports, disclosed as part of a criminal case against 15 Minneapolis protesters. These individuals face accusations of a "conspiracy" to "impede" US immigration officers during a period of heightened enforcement in the region.

The DHS's methods were far-reaching, involving undercover agents attending community meetings in the Twin Cities and New York City. Agents also infiltrated encrypted Signal chats and obtained financial records from mainstream unions and various left-leaning non-profit groups. A DHS report from February indicated the agency was looking into individuals "providing material support to violent opportunists and agitators," suggesting a broad scope for their surveillance.

This extensive spying campaign took place amid growing community organizing against ICE, spurred in part by the killings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti. The records highlight a significant effort by the government to monitor and investigate groups and individuals exercising their right to protest against immigration policies.
