Prince William Probes Ross Kemp for 'Traitors' Secrets! 😂
Prince William got cheeky, trying to squeeze 'Celebrity Traitors' spoilers from Ross Kemp during a charity event in Ilminster. Was he successful? Read on!
Prince William, known for his royal duties, recently embarked on a mission slightly outside his usual remit: uncovering the closely guarded secrets of the hit BBC show, "Celebrity Traitors." His target? Actor and filmmaker Ross Kemp, who is currently starring in the second series of the show. The hilarious encounter took place in Ilminster, Somerset, where both were present to launch a new project with the National Emergencies Trust.
The Prince and Princess of Wales are reportedly big fans of "Celebrity Traitors," and William couldn't resist the opportunity.
Speaking to a group of young people, he jokingly announced, "I'm going to get the answer.
Do you watch The Traitors?
I'm going to get the answer to what happens and I am going to tell you all later.
Spoiler alert today… he's here…"
William, who is a patron of the National Emergencies Trust, and Kemp, an ambassador, were there to launch the 'Ready Together' toolkit. This new initiative aims to provide communities across the UK with practical guidance to help them prepare for and respond to emergencies. Kemp highlighted the importance of preparedness, drawing on experiences like the Covid-19 pandemic and the recent flooding that has affected areas like Somerset.
Kemp emphasized that while people are good at pulling together during a crisis, being prepared beforehand can make a significant difference. "Being prepared for anything is better than being unprepared," he stated, encouraging communities to identify their skills and roles for collective action. He noted that the Somerset area, particularly susceptible to flooding, stands to benefit greatly from such proactive measures.
During his visit, Prince William also met with members of the Ilminster Resilience Group, which has actively supported residents through severe flooding incidents. He visited Sweet Surprise, a local cafe that provides opportunities for adults with learning disabilities, and concluded his engagements at Ilminster Fire Station.
There, he learned about mapping and forecasting tools crucial for preparing against the increasing risk of wildfires.
The lighthearted exchange over "Celebrity Traitors" provided a memorable moment during a day dedicated to serious community preparedness and resilience.
