CIA Chief Floats Trump-Putin-Zelensky Summit Amid Escalating Ukraine War
A bombshell report suggests the CIA chief proposed an unprecedented Trump-Putin-Zelensky summit during secret talks in Moscow, as Ukraine faces relentless drone attacks and calls for justice.
In a surprising development, the CIA director reportedly proposed a high-stakes summit involving Vladimir Putin, Volodymyr Zelensky, and Donald Trump during a secretive meeting in Moscow this week. This extraordinary suggestion comes amidst ongoing hostilities and stalled peace talks between Ukraine and Russia.
According to reports, former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe was involved in discussions with Russian officials regarding this potential trilateral meeting. The proposal aims to restart dialogue, which has seen little progress since February.
Meanwhile, the conflict in Ukraine continues to escalate.
Kyiv has been subjected to relentless drone strikes overnight, resulting in the deadliest attack on the capital this year.
At least 38 people were tragically killed, with a care home for the elderly among the hit targets.
An ammunition depot was also struck, sparking a fire in the Bucha district that spread to nearby areas.
Ukrainian President Zelensky has vowed swift justice for those responsible for the deadly attacks, which also left dozens injured and caused significant damage to residential buildings and infrastructure.
He announced that cases have already been opened on charges of official negligence.
Zelensky also revealed a plan for Ukraine to retaliate by hitting Russia with '1,000 drones a day', a stark response to the nearly 2,000 drones Russia has reportedly launched against Ukraine this week.
