Kelly Clarkson has announced that this season will be the last for The Kelly Clarkson Show, wrapping after seven seasons. The final season will include several guest hosts as the show airs through Fall 2026.
In a social media post, Clarkson said stepping away from the daily schedule will allow her to prioritize her kids. River Rose, 11, and Remington Alexander, 9, are her children with her late ex-husband Brandon Blackstock, who died in August 2025 from cancer.
Clarkson also expressed gratitude for the extraordinary group of people she has worked with, noting the incredible moments and shows she’s shared with the audience, the band, the crew, and NBC, the network partner. The decision to end the show is described as necessary for this next chapter of her life, allowing room for family while still honoring the show’s seven-season run.
