Apollo Hospitals sees a massive 36% profit jump in Q4, hitting Rs 529 crore! With revenue rising and a huge 4,400-bed expansion on the way, the healthcare giant is unstoppable.
Apollo Hospitals is making headlines with a stellar performance in its latest quarterly results. The healthcare giant reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 529 crore for the quarter ending March, marking an impressive 36% growth compared to the Rs 390 crore recorded in the same period last year. This surge in profit reflects the company’s strong operational momentum and the growing demand for healthcare services across the country.
Revenue for the quarter also saw a significant boost, climbing 18% to reach Rs 6,605 crore. This growth wasn't just limited to one area; the company saw robust performance across all three of its business verticals. The hospital chain’s board has also rewarded its shareholders by recommending a final dividend of Rs 10 per equity share, with the record date set for mid-August 2026.
Looking ahead, Apollo Hospitals is not slowing down. The operator has revealed ambitious plans to expand its hospital pipeline, aiming to add 4,400 additional beds. This expansion comes at a time when its consumer health business has turned profitable and there is a noticeable rise in overseas patient inflows seeking quality care in India.
Breaking down the segments, the healthcare services division alone saw a 16% revenue growth, while the Apollo Health and Lifestyle wing reported a 24% increase in revenue. These figures highlight a resilient demand for both specialized medical care and routine health services. With a 31% growth in EBITDA reaching over Rs 1,000 crore, the financial health of the group remains exceptionally strong as it prepares for its next phase of massive growth.
