Zach Bryan Cancels Tulsa Show Over Extreme Weather

As severe weather sweeps across Oklahoma, Zach Bryan has canceled the Tulsa show tonight due to a threat of extreme and dangerous weather. The decision comes after local weather warnings described a low tornado threat, damaging winds, and ping pong-sized hail. In a message to his fellow Oklahomans posted on social media, Bryan said he was “forced by my team to cancel the show tonight” and that he had “never canceled a show in my life,” adding that there was simply no safe alternative.

Bryan’s team shared a screenshot of a text from a contact claiming, “I know you’re gonna hate me for this, but we have no choice but to cancel the show. I just had a meeting with the police, school, and meteorologists and the consensus is that we would be putting people’s safety at risk by trying to put on the show.” Bryan replied, “Are you kidding.” He emphasized his concern for fans and apologized, writing, “I apologize and I love all of ya.”

Refunds for the Tulsa cancelation will be issued automatically, and Saturday’s show is still scheduled to go ahead as planned. The message also noted that refunds would be issued automatically, easing the burden on fans who traveled to the venue.

Zach Bryan is currently on the first leg of his world tour supporting the chart-topping album With Heaven on Top. The trek began March 7 at the Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis and continues across venues as weather conditions are monitored. Bryan has repeatedly highlighted the importance of safety on this tour, making this cancellation a rare but understandable decision as weather threats persist.
