Smriti Mandhana Shatters Records! Becomes Women's Cricket's Top Scorer

She now sits atop the all-time list, outshining New Zealand's Suzie Bates (10,740 runs) and the iconic retired Mithali Raj. Additionally, Mandhana recorded her 93rd 50-plus score in women's international cricket, an achievement that puts her level with Mithali Raj for the joint-most by any player globally. Her 37th 50-plus score in WT20Is is also a new record, surpassing Australia's Beth Mooney, who has 33.

Her 124 is not only the highest individual score in Women's Asia Cup history, bettering Sri Lanka's Chamari Athapaththu's unbeaten 119 from 2024, but it is also the highest score ever by an Indian player in WT20Is.

This record-breaking spree makes her the first Indian to score multiple tons in WT20Is.

This latest accomplishment is a shining addition to a career already filled with stellar moments, including being the fastest woman to reach 10,000 international runs in just 280 innings and the first Indian woman to score centuries in all three formats of the game.
