New Delhi to Host Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue 2026

The second edition of the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue 2026 starts today in New Delhi. Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya made this announcement to the media in New Delhi.

The Minister mentioned that the formal opening ceremony will take place tomorrow, with National Security Advisor Ajit Doval in attendance. He added that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the closing ceremony on the 12th of this month.

The Central Bureau of Communication posted on X, saying,

The stage is set for second edition of Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue 2026, where the young change-makers would present their vision and innovative ideas.

Mr. Mandaviya stated that over 2,500 young people from across the country and abroad will take part in the four-day event. He noted that ISRO astronauts Group Captain Subhanshu Shukla and Group Captain Prasanth Nair will interact with the participants. Indian Women’s Cricket Team captain Harmanpreet Kaur will also be involved in a fireside chat.

He also mentioned that the dialogue will feature notable experts, including Pullela Gopichand, Leander Paes, Palki Sharma, Kaivalya Vohra, Sibabrata Das, and Anand Kumar, as well as Padma Awardees and young MPs and MLAs.

The Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue 2026 also aims to inspire leadership, critical thinking, and civic responsibility among participants. It emphasizes the need for collaboration between the government and youth to create a more inclusive, progressive, and self-reliant India.
