President Volodymyr Zelenskyy swiftly addressed the nation, stating that "Civilian infrastructure was hit even before the air raid alert was issued." Ukraine's air force reported that Russia deployed a formidable arsenal, including six ballistic missiles, six cruise missiles, and 121 drones.
