The incident marks the second aviation emergency this month, following a regional connectivity flight's emergency landing near Rourkela earlier in January, where everyone on board survived. Investigators say they will review flight data and mechanical records to determine the cause and any potential safety lessons.
Officials emphasised that such force landings, while uncommon, demonstrate the effectiveness of the training and emergency procedures designed to protect both aircrew and civilians.
