The mediation aimed to resolve the dispute before a May trial. The trial is scheduled for May 18. Baldoni's attorney Brian Freedman said in a statement that the talks did not result in a settlement.
Lively alleges harassment and a coordinated campaign to damage her reputation after she complained about his conduct on set. Baldoni and his Wayfarer Studios countersued Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, for defamation and extortion. A judge dismissed the countersuit last June.
