Bajaj Auto posts a strong Q4 with PAT up 34%, announces a ₹5,633 crore buyback and ₹150 dividend as revenue climbs across motorcycles, e2Ws, 3Ws and exports.
Bajaj Auto reported a standalone PAT of ₹2,746 crore for the March quarter, up 34% year over year, helped by an exceptional ₹35 crore gain from prepayment of a deferral loan. The company also declared a dividend of ₹150 per share and announced a share buyback of ₹5,633 crore at ₹12,000 per equity share.
Revenue from operations rose 32% YoY to ₹16,006 crore, buoyed by record volumes, a favourable product mix and currency tailwinds. Growth was broad-based across all segments, including Domestic Motorcycles, electric two-wheelers (e2Ws), three-wheelers (3Ws) and Exports.
For the full year FY26, Bajaj Auto’s revenue climbed 17% to ₹58,732 crore, while PAT increased 21% to ₹9,825 crore. The margin expanded to 20.5% (+30 basis points YoY), aided by USD/INR realisation, a profitable mix and operating leverage, even as the company continued investments to drive long-term growth.
