This is one thriller you wouldn't like to miss. The movie is slick and has a fast pace. Its beautifully characterized and very well scripted, edited and directed. The plot goes like this; Morgan Free man (The Boss) and Ben Kingsley (The Rabbi) are two rival gang lords. Josh Harnet is a victim of mistaken identity. Mr GoodCat (Bruce Willis) is the Uber Cool Hitman. Lucy Liu is Josh Harnet's neighbor cum love, the only irri character.
The movie moves into flashback and forth a bit like Quentin Tarantino movies which make you concentrate more on it. He takes his revenge with a flawless Kansas City Shuffle and knocks them down. The good thing about this movie is that its very logical, understandable and beautifully narrated at times.Though at some point of time you might be in a flux and asking yourself what the hell is happening!! but in the end all pieces of the jigsaw fall in place.
Predictably in the end the hunter become the hunted.. Lucky Number Slevin is a much superior to most fast paced smart thriller's like Ocean's Series, Snatch, The Italian Job etc. but falls just short of the splendid mark.
