62,000 Teachers Fail UPTET 2026: What's Next for Their Jobs?

The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has officially declared the results for the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2026 on August 26, 2026. This year's results show a significant number of candidates successfully clearing the rigorous examination, which is crucial for aspiring and existing teachers in the state.

A total of 5,71,435 candidates have qualified at the Primary Level, while an impressive 7,59,513 candidates cleared the Upper Primary Level.
