The bus, which was headed to Hyderabad from Metpalli, collided with the car, according to authorities.
Four occupants of the car, including three women, sustained multiple injuries and were admitted to separate hospitals in Metpalli and Karimnagar. The bus driver and other passengers were not reported injured in the initial accounts.
