D4vd, real name David Anthony Burke, has been charged with first-degree murder, murder for financial gain, and murder of a witness in connection with the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. The remains were found severely decomposed in the front boot of a Tesla registered to Burke last September, linking the case to a high-profile investigation. A court later revealed investigators have access to Burke’s iCloud account, described as containing a significant amount of child pornography, intensifying the scrutiny around the case.
