Karun Nair remained unbeaten on 130 off 130 balls and Devdutt Padikkal followed up his previous century with 124 off 137, stitching a formidable 223-run partnership from 236 balls to bury Kerala's challenge. Nair opened his shoulders with authoritative sweeps and boundaries against the spinners, while Padikkal stayed unhurried, unfazed by the target as he rotated strikes and dispatched occasional big shots.
Kerala had posted a competitive total after a strong middle phase, with Aparajith contributing 71 and Akhil Scaria adding 27 to steady the innings.
