The film introduces audiences to a chilling new narrative. Following the tragic loss of her husband, a woman seeks solace and comfort with her in-laws at their secluded family home. However, what begins as a search for peace quickly descends into a nightmare as family members are horrifyingly transformed into Deadites. This turns what should be a comforting reunion into a horrific struggle for survival, as she discovers that the vows she took in life hold a terrifying new meaning even in death.
"Evil Dead Burn" features a talented ensemble cast, including Souheila Yacoub, Tandi Wright, Hunter Doohan, Luciane Buchanan, Errol Shand, George Pullar, Maude Davey, and Greta Van Den Brink. The film is helmed by Sébastien Vaniček, who also co-wrote the script with Florent Bernard. Horror veterans Rob Tapert and Sam Raimi serve as producers, ensuring the film stays true to the franchise's roots while pushing new boundaries. Executive producers include Romel Adam, Bruce Campbell (a franchise legend himself), Lee Cronin, and Jose Canas.
Behind the camera, Vaniček is joined by director of photography Philip Lozano, production designer Nick Connor, editor Maxime Caro, and costume designer Sarah Voon, all contributing to the film's chilling aesthetic.
Presented by New Line Cinema and Screen Gems, a Ghost House Pictures production, "EVIL DEAD BURN" is distributed domestically by Warner Bros. Pictures. Mark your calendars: the film is scheduled to open in theaters across North America on July 10, 2026. Prepare yourself for a family dinner you won't soon forget.
