Russell admitted, “Doing awards shows is unnatural,” playfully wondering if a beta blocker would help ease her nerves.
Rhys echoed her sentiments, joking about Xanax and confessing, “I still get very nervous going to them every time.
It's not comfortable. And as much as we say, 'Let's enjoy this,' I never enjoy it, because I'm always scared and worried and anxious.” It seems even Hollywood's most composed stars get a case of red carpet jitters!
