The 329-match tally now stands at 15,004 runs at 45.46, with 31 centuries and 104 fifties, and a top score of 196.
He becomes only the fifth Pakistani to join the exclusive 15,000-run club, joining Inzamam-ul-Haq, Younis Khan, Mohammad Yousuf, and Javed Miandad. In the match, Pakistan secured a historic seven-wicket victory to clinch the three-match ODI series 2-1, their first home series win over South Africa.
