Role Overview:
We're looking for an outgoing, well-connected Campus Creator Lead & Writer-in-Residence to act as the official face and voice of Thoxt across student communities. You’ll scout top student writers, poets, and op-ed columnists, launch virtual or on-ground writing sprints, and build a thriving ecosystem of young creators on the platform.
This is a community-building and creator-growth internship in India (remote work from home) tailored for freshers, mass communication students, literature majors, student council members, and natural community leaders.
What You'll Do:
- Build and lead a network of student writers, campus journalists, and creators to publish regularly on Thoxt.
- Organize virtual open-mic nights, essay challenges, and community writing sprints.
- Act as a liaison between student creators and the Thoxt team to share feedback and success stories.
- Drive user acquisition and engagement by introducing Thoxt to college clubs, college fests, and student groups.
- Curate the best student-written pieces to feature across Thoxt's main discovery channels.
What We're Looking For:
- Natural leadership, communication, and networking skills.
- Deep connection with university circles, student media bodies, or literary clubs.
- A passion for writing, reading, and empowering other creators to share their voices.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for community engagement.
