Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has called for patience from Ram devotees amidst allegations of 'fund theft' related to the Ayodhya Ram Mandir. He has asked the public to "wait 15 more days" for the Special Investigation Team (SIT) to complete its probe into the matter.
Assuring a fair and transparent investigation, CM Adityanath stated that the truth would be revealed. He appealed to anyone possessing documentary evidence pertaining to the alleged misappropriation to submit it to the SIT. The Chief Minister also cautioned all parties against making unnecessary statements that could potentially influence the investigation or hurt the sentiments of devotees.
In a stern warning, CM Adityanath vowed strict action against anyone found attempting to defame Ayodhya and the sacred Ram Janmabhoomi Temple. He also took the opportunity to criticize opposition parties, accusing them of hypocrisy regarding the Ram Mandir donations, by highlighting their historical opposition to the temple's construction. The Chief Minister reiterated his commitment to ensuring justice and protecting the sanctity of the temple project.
