Reid spoke out in a statement to People, insisting, “Bottom line is no one ends up in the hospital incapacitated for over 8 hours after a drink,” and adding, “I believe I was drugged. She described waking up in a hospital around eight hours later with no memory of what happened, calling it the “scariest feeling I have ever felt.” The episode is reportedly connected to an evening when she met a “very successful influencer and YouTuber” and stepped outside to smoke.
Authorities have not ruled out criminal activity, but the video evidence released thus far has not shown tampering. The investigation remains open, and supporters and fans are watching closely for any new details that could illuminate what occurred that night.
