The police report details that LaBeouf shouted homophobic slurs at those he fought with, allegedly yelling "These f-----s put me in jail" and claiming to be Catholic.
One of the victims, identified as Jeffrey Damnit, told police he was struck in the face after LaBeouf pushed him from behind; Damnit said he was wearing eye makeup and lipstick, and he believes his appearance provoked the attack.
Video captured scenes show a shirtless LaBeouf shoving a man to the ground and punching another, with the report noting an apparent nose injury.
Another clip purportedly shows him mouthing a slur while being detained by officers.
