Vaigai dam sits at 63.94 feet, below its 71-foot ceiling, recording an inflow of 1,759 cusecs and a discharge of 1,419 cusecs. Combined storage in the Periyar system stands at 9,727.93 mcft, underscoring robust reserves as the monsoon sustains rainfall across parts of the state.
