House votes to kill War Powers check on Iran as Johnson says it's not a war

The House of Representatives defeated a War Powers Act resolution aimed at constraining President Trump's Iran actions, voting 219-212 to kill the measure. Massie (R-KY) and a fellow Republican, Warren Davidson (OH), were the only GOP lawmakers to back the resolution, while four Democrats joined the GOP in opposing it.
