Shia LaBeouf has been arrested again in New Orleans, facing a fresh misdemeanor charge of simple battery connected to a Mardi Gras bar incident. He surrendered to authorities on February 28 in relation to the incident that occurred during his February 17 arrest in the city. Court records show a second count of simple battery tied to the same altercation, with the actor later posting a $5,000 bond and being released from custody.

During the February 17 incident, LaBeouf was taken into custody after an alleged confrontation at a French Quarter bar amid Mardi Gras celebrations.
