Actress, presenter, and food writer Lisa Faulkner has shared uplifting news with her fans, revealing she is now "all clear" following surgery for early-stage breast cancer. The Celebrity Masterchef winner underwent a significant operation two weeks ago, and her latest results confirm that everything was successfully removed, meaning she only requires radiotherapy in the coming weeks.
Faulkner, 54, took to Instagram to update her followers, expressing immense gratitude and relief. "It's all good, they've got everything out, so it's all clear and I just need some radiotherapy in a few weeks," she shared. Despite describing it as "quite a big op" and acknowledging she still has "quite a bit of healing to do," she assured fans she is "good, I'm well. And feeling so much better."
A key message from Faulkner's update was a powerful plea for vigilance regarding health check-ups. She credited her regular mammogram with the early detection of her cancer. "I'm so grateful that I went for my mammogram. Don't put them off, go, because they found this - without this mammogram, it wouldn't have been picked up," she urged.

"I want to say thank thank you to our wonderful NHS and the fact that we can have these mammograms, and we can get treatment early," she added.
