In a social media post, Eric Trump defended her, stating, "She's deeply committed to my father, to her job, and to this country." While Harp has been a dedicated ally to President Trump for years, her profile has recently risen, partly due to Democratic Senator Jon Ossoff invoking her name in a critical remark about the president at a recent rally.
Ossoff had suggested Trump would prefer to "travel with Natalie on their apparently defenseless flying palace."
