Two men were stabbed to death and another critically injured following a dispute over a delay in serving food at an eatery in Ghaziabad. The incident unfolded late Friday night when two groups, reportedly under the influence of alcohol, clashed after the meals did not arrive as expected. The altercation quickly turned violent, with the combatants using sharp-edged weapons. Locals alerted the police, who rushed to the scene and transported the three injured youths to a nearby hospital. Doctors declared two of them dead on arrival.
Police identified Shreepal (25) and Satyam (26), both residents of Khoda and natives of Bahraich district, as the deceased. The third victim cannot be identified yet due to the severity of injuries and his intoxicated state.
During the investigation, officials said several people involved in the attack have been identified and four suspects have been detained for questioning. An officer stated that all the accused involved in the killing will be nabbed soon as the probe continues. The area has been secured and authorities are gathering more details to understand the sequence of events and the motive behind the violence.
