A-1 Limited surges 500% in 2025 after order win
A-1 Limited rockets to all-time highs after clinching a Rs 127.5 crore order for Industrial Urea (Automobile Grade), fueling a 500% rally in 2025.
A-1 Limited shares climbed to new highs after the company announced a large contract for Industrial Urea (Automobile Grade) with Sai Baba Polymer Technologies. The deal, valued at Rs 127.5 crore before taxes, covers a total supply of 25,000 MT and lifts the contract value to Rs 150.45 crore with GST. The stock was locked in a 5% upper circuit and closed at Rs 2,433.10 on the BSE, marking seven straight sessions of upper circuits and signaling strong momentum for this small-cap chemical and logistics player.
The 504% gain in 2025 so far has surprised investors, with the stock rising from Rs 402.45 at the start of the year. It has also posted a 92% gain in the past month and a 337% rise in the last three months, underscoring a momentum-driven rally that has drawn attention from traders hunting multibaggers.
A-1 Limited said the order strengthens its revenue stream and enhances visibility into its order book across multiple units. The deal aligns with the company’s strategy to widen its footprint in the automotive-chemical value chain while maintaining a diversified customer base. The stock’s surge comes even as broader market sentiment remains cautious, with the Sensex slipping and investors watching for sustainability of the upside in small-cap names.
Listed in wholesale trading and transportation of acids and chemicals, A-1 Limited has a market capitalization of about Rs 2,798 crore. While the momentum is impressive, analysts caution that such rapid rallies can be susceptible to volatility and wider market shifts. Investors are advised to weigh the potential longer-term earnings impact against the near-term price action.
