We are living in an era of chronic overthinking where we mistake analysis for productivity. Most of us are trapped in a loop of 60,000 thoughts a day, replaying past mistakes or spiraling into 'what if' scenarios that never happen. This 'analysis paralysis' is an unconscious coping mechanism, a way for the brain to trick us into thinking we’re safe from failure or rejection by staying mentally busy.
But the truth is, the brain is just avoiding vulnerability and the fear of the unknown. I’ve started adopting a 'start before you are ready' mindset. It’s about silencing that inner critic that demands perfection and just moving.
When you stop obsessing over every detail and just act, you break the cycle of anxiety. Action, even imperfect action, is the only way to truly move forward. #Psychology #Productivity #Lifestyle https://thoxt.com/l/zIyaPk 🔗
