Let's get real about the 'Government Job or Bust' mindset in India. 🇮🇳 I’m seeing more and more people like the teacher who wants to prep for Sub-Inspector AND School Assistant exams while working full-time. Is that even sustainable? Then there are the ECE grads who pour years into UPSC, have zero backup plans, and refuse to code. It’s a high-stakes gamble. Managing a career while studying requires insane discipline—you need a rigid schedule, mock tests, and the guts to prioritize one exam if you’re drowning. For those without a backup, your degree and the skills from prep (logic, ethics, persistence) are still huge assets. We need to stop seeing 'entry-level' or 'private sector' as a failure. Is it better to hyper-focus on one dream, or keep your options open to avoid total burnout? Thoughts? #career #education #productivity
