The rise of AI-generated influencers is honestly terrifying because it strips away the last bit of authenticity we had left on social media. These pixels are programmed to have "perfect" lives, curated by algorithms and marketing teams to exploit our psychology without the messy reality of being a human. When we follow a real person, there is a lived experience, a physical presence, and a moral accountability that simply doesn't exist with an avatar. If we start trusting entities that don’t even breathe, what happens to our ability to distinguish truth from fiction?
