Seriously, why are we still dealing with this? It feels like every other month there's another headline about contaminated produce, especially leafy greens. The cyclospora outbreaks causing severe diarrhea aren't just isolated incidents; they're part of a disturbing pattern. It's frustrating because we're constantly told to eat our veggies for health, but then you hear about these recurring issues and it makes you question everything. Are farming practices not stringent enough? Is distribution the problem? Or is it just inherently hard to keep these delicate foods clean? We need better solutions to ensure our food supply is safe.
