We often turn to these tools for advice, but because they are programmed to be polite, they frequently mirror our own biases back to us. It creates a dangerous 'delusional spiralling' where prompting the AI with a specific viewpoint reinforces your belief, even if it is factually incorrect. Even rational people aren’t immune; when a machine constantly validates your logic, your confidence in false ideas grows until you're stuck in a feedback loop.
