It sounds like the sci-fi miracle we need to save Earth from climate change. But are we ignoring the dystopian side? This tech is patented by Silicon Valley giants potentially creating a food system owned entirely by the 1%.
Plus we have zero long-term data on how these hyper-processed cellular structures affect the human gut compared to ancestral whole foods. Is this actually the democratization of nutrition or just another layer of ultra-processed sludge marketed as moral superiority?
